Welcome

Bishop's Cleeve is a large village in Gloucestershire, just north of Cheltenham and east of Tewkesbury. Lying within Tewkesbury Borough boundaries, the Parish is divided into three wards which each have serving Parish Councillors in addition to the elected Borough and County Councillors.

The Parish Council operates on a Committee Basis. Committees comprise up to nine elected members and may have delegated authority to make decisions and spend an allocated budget. The Powers and Duties that the Parish Council can use, or delegate to its committees, are restricted by Law.

The full Parish Council meets in the Parish Office on Church Road at 7.30pm on the first Thursday of each month (except for August), and parishioners are welcome to attend and to speak in the Public Session. It's best to let the Clerk know in advance that you plan to attend, and the Chair will invite you to speak at the start of the meeting. Our contact details are here.

We hope that you find what you are looking for here - much information is available to download from the relevant menu
